The process to build your surfboard
In the construction process of your surfboard we will use top tier foam providers (like bennett foam Australia), preshape with one of the best automatic CNC machines (Akushaper Austrailia) to millimeter shape your board from a 3D design, fine hand shape by our shaper, add the fin sockets, carefully hand paint the foam with your custom design, laminate with s-glass and premium resins at a thermometer controlled temperature drying rooms. To finish, we will glass your surfboard, and sand or polish it depending is you preferences.
WHAT HAPPEND AFTER YOU request A custom BOARD proposal?
Ray will contact you to know about you and your surfing
Ray will contact you commonly by Whatsapp to talk with you. With the information you will provide, he will discuss with you some board options, and after you choose a candidate he will start preparing the 3D of your board. In about 3 days Ray will come back to you with a 3D video and pricing for your custom surfboard.
Start manufacturing
After confirmation, we will start production. It will take about 2 weeks to complete
